Privacy Policy
What We Collect
HR Ocean is designed to collect as little data as possible.
- Page views: We track which pages are visited, referring URLs, country (from IP, not stored), and device type (mobile/desktop). We do not use cookies. We do not store IP addresses. We do not use third-party analytics.
- Claim forms: When you submit a claim for a marina listing, we collect your name, email, phone (optional), and role. This information is used solely to verify marina ownership and manage your listing.
What We Don't Collect
- No cookies
- No IP addresses
- No personal browsing profiles
- No third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel)
- No advertising data
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare: Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process requests as part of their CDN and security services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap: Our interactive maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap. See OSM's privacy policy.
- Mapbox: Satellite imagery is sourced from Mapbox. Images are served from our own CDN — no direct Mapbox requests are made from your browser.
Data Retention
Anonymous page view data is retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Claim form data is retained as long as the claim is active.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal data from browsing, there's nothing to delete. If you've submitted a claim form and want your information removed, email hello@hr-ocean.com and we'll delete it within 48 hours.
